  This is by far the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with, they NEVER answer their phones or emails take forever in response , they lack professionalism in every sense and they do not stand behind their clients. These people cost me a lot of money due to lack of good knowledgeable office staffing. They stand behind their employees incompetence and not the consumer whom pays for their company! What ever happened to standing by your work? If you do something terrible fix it, don't let others have to fix it. It's good old fashioned business... Do not use these people!! You may use them now but their negligence will come to you too, it's a matter of time. I would like to rate them -10, if that was an option. Angie's list is next to warn innocent drivers in Georgia. They have been reported to the Georgia insurance commissioner.
